According to inkorr.com: Ukraine is witnessing an active movement of businesses: many companies are changing their offices, and this applies not only to small enterprises. According to the Opendatabot service, more than 30% of all business relocations have occurred outside the capital. While the most active businesses are leaving Kyiv, the highest number of new enterprises have been registered in Kharkiv and Lviv regions.

In the first eight months of this year, there have been 8345 business relocations in Ukraine, with nearly 8000 companies changing their addresses within the country.

The most active were retail companies, which account for more than 30% of all relocations. This indicates certain instability in this sector. In addition, agriculture and real estate also demonstrated significant activity in changing locations.

Trends in business relocation

The question of what exactly drives businesses to such changes remains open. However, the overall trend towards regionalization of business in Ukraine is becoming increasingly evident.
