A new service for injured soldiers will soon appear in 'Dія'.
In July, a new digital service for Ukrainian soldiers named 'Path of the Wounded' will appear in the 'Dія' app. This tool automates the workflow and payments process for injured soldiers, simplifying access to state assistance.
This was announced by the Minister of Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova.
According to Kalmykova, the project is part of a broader veteran digitalization initiative being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The goal of the project is to unite all existing services for veterans under one digital interface, so that every defender can easily navigate their rights and opportunities provided by the state.
In the 'Veteran Services' section in Dія, a number of services are available, including searching for medical facilities for rehabilitation, making appointments with family doctors or psychologists, and submitting applications for assistance. This information is structured to simplify navigation for military personnel and to prevent them from getting 'lost' among bureaucratic procedures.
The new digital service 'Path of the Wounded' in the 'Dія' app simplifies military access to state assistance by automating the processes of payments and documentation flow, thereby easing the conditions for receiving necessary support.
