Man in Dnipro Sets Woman's Car on Fire in Jealous Rage, Police File Charges.

According to TSN.ua: A man in Dnipro has been charged after setting a woman's car on fire, an act police say was motivated by jealousy. The incident occurred on Kolodyazna Street in the Sobornyi district, where a Hyundai Sonata was doused with a flammable liquid and ignited. The vehicle was partially destroyed in the blaze. This type of property destruction is a serious criminal offense in Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers swiftly identified the suspect as a 36-year-old local resident. Investigators have formally notified him of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanctions under this article stipulate a potential prison sentence ranging from 3 to 10 years. Police are continuing their investigation to establish all the circumstances surrounding the event.
