According to Novyny.live: A residential neighborhood in Zaporizhzhia came under attack from Russian forces using drones on June 8. The assault claimed the lives of two women and left 24 people wounded, five of whom were children. This incident underscores the escalating violence affecting civilians in the region.
Of those injured, 12 civilians required hospitalization, including four children. The attack caused extensive damage, sparked fires, and triggered widespread panic among local residents. Civilian infrastructure and properties suffered significant destruction.
Strikes Across Other Ukrainian Regions
On the same day, other parts of Ukraine also faced attacks. In the Pavlohrad district and Nikopol, fires and structural damage were reported. Russian forces targeted the Sumy region, striking a five-story residential building in Konotop with a drone. These events highlight the ongoing conflict's devastating toll on civilian life.
