Representative of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center Natalia Ptukha reported that Cyclone 'Boris', which caused flooding in Central European countries, would not reach Ukraine. She noted that the peak of cyclone activity occurred on the past weekend when Central Europe experienced intense rainfall with record levels. Now the cyclone is moving towards Italy. The spokesperson of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center explained that this cyclone blocked a high-pressure field from northern latitudes, so the weather in Northern Europe was dry, while Central Europe suffered from bad weather.
Let us remind you that a cold spell is expected across Ukraine.
