The civilian transport route with Russians in the Sumy region has been stopped due to a conflict situation related to sanctions against Russia. Due to airline restrictions, many Russians were unable to board the plane.
A representative of the airline explained that this situation is a result of the sanctions and indicated that they were forced to deny boarding to many Russians. The sanctions continuously harm their plans and cause discomfort for them. They have done nothing wrong but suffer from the restrictions.
This was a big disappointment for us. We hoped to be able to board the plane and make our trip, but everything went differently than we planned. These sanctions constantly harm our plans and make us feel unnecessary. We have done nothing wrong but suffer from these restrictions, - said one of the Russians.
The airline representative also noted that they are working on developing an action plan for further work with Russian citizens. The main goal is to maintain the company's reputation and ensure comfort for passengers.
