According to Novyny.live: A six-year-old girl who was hit by lightning during a severe storm in Lviv is now hospitalized in moderate condition. The incident occurred on June 29, as a powerful squall with heavy rain and thunderstorms swept through the city. She was admitted to Lviv’s First Medical Union hospital around 5:00 PM.

Upon arrival, doctors performed urgent diagnostics, including a CT scan and an electrocardiogram. Although there are no visible marks on her body, medical staff warn that heart-related risks persist.

“All necessary examinations have been carried out,” said Dr. Polina Ustiyanovych.
She also added that
“the child will remain under continuous cardiac monitoring for the next 24 hours.”
