Kadyrov urgently hospitalized in Moscow: health condition worsened sharply.
According to ТСН: Ramzan Kadyrov, a loyal ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin's appointee in Chechnya, was urgently hospitalized just before the New Year. As a result, he was unable to participate in the traditional pre-New Year meeting of the Russian State Council, chaired by Putin.
According to 'Novaya Gazeta. Europe', Kadyrov's health deteriorated after his arrival in Moscow on December 24. During the night, he was transported by ambulance to the Central Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
Sources confirm that 'in Moscow, they barely managed to stabilize him, after which he returned home and has not appeared in public since then.'
Health Status and Rare Activity
This year, Kadyrov has rarely been seen in the public sphere and has essentially ceased to govern the region in the usual manner. Most of the time, he spends in his residence or in the private clinic 'Aimedi' in Grozny.
According to information from the publication's sources, Kadyrov has repeatedly consulted with German doctors, with the last consultation taking place in November in Dubai. However, these visits apparently did not bring any improvement.
'Judging by the cowardly, fragmented conversations within [the head of Chechnya's] entourage, there are no hopes for a good outcome,' unnamed sources report.
Kadyrov himself confirmed the deterioration of his health, noting during a live line that he took a vacation four times this year. Previously, he would take a two-week vacation during the New Year holidays.
'I sometimes experience nervous disorders, a constant feeling of tension, as if you are sitting on a voltage line,' he explained his concerns about the war in Ukraine.
Kadyrov's Future
Despite his critical health condition, the Russian presidential administration approved Kadyrov as a candidate for the elections of the head of the republic, which will take place in 2026.
'No behind-the-scenes negotiations are being conducted in Moscow with potential successors [of Kadyrov],' publication sources claim.
Recall that the self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, talked about how he saved Russian President Vladimir Putin from an 'assassination attempt.'
Kadyrov's current state raises concerns, and his rare public appearances may indicate serious health problems. Meanwhile, the administration continues to support his political career despite the evident difficulties he faces. The question of his successor remains open, but sources point to the absence of active negotiations in this area.
