By 2027, Poland's average salary could reach 9,970 PLN gross. A final decision on the minimum wage must be made by September 15. Labour unions are pushing for a more aggressive increase to 5,200 PLN gross, while employer representatives argue for a figure between 4,860 and 4,975 PLN gross. Currently, around 3 million people in Poland earn the minimum wage.
