According to case materials, Vladyslav D. prepared explosive packages, while Vyacheslav S. was responsible for planning the sabotage operations. Vladyslav B. handled the logistics for transporting these dangerous shipments. Prosecutors have filed five indictments, and the maximum penalty for these crimes could be life imprisonment.
