PrivatBank changes the rules for foreign exchange operations for businesses: what to expect from August 2025.
Starting from August 2025, PrivatBank is implementing changes for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the bank's press service reported. The updates relate to the Privat24 system.

Operations for the purchase, sale, and conversion of foreign currency for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on working days. This will allow businesses to carry out operations at a more convenient time, plan payments, and respond to changes in exchange rates.
- Individual entrepreneurs can sell currency at any time, except for the technical break in Privat24 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM.
- For enterprises with large foreign currency amounts, there is a Trading platform of PrivatBank with trading from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The changes in the timing of operations facilitate a faster settlement process with foreign partners and simplify currency conversion during periods of market instability, noted PrivatBank.
It should be noted that the innovations came into effect at the beginning of August 2025.
