The President of Slovakia, Peter Pellegrini, claims that Ukraine will be forced to make territorial concessions. He calls for Ukraine and Russia to immediately start negotiations in order to achieve peace.
When it comes to peace, I believe that one must be realistic. European rational people do not believe that it is possible to achieve peace without territorial losses for Ukraine, - stated the head of state.
The president also emphasized that his opinion is based on daily information about the situation at the front.
