According to Novyny.live: The city of Sumy, Ukraine, has opened registration for a financial aid program backed by the UNHCR. This initiative provides monthly payments of either 3,600 UAH or 4,100 UAH over a three-month period, totaling up to 12,300 UAH for qualified recipients.
Who Qualifies for the Assistance
Registration is available to three distinct groups:
- Displaced households that have been in their new location for up to 45 days.
- Families residing in a new location for 46 days to six months.
- Households that have returned from abroad.
A key requirement is that the average monthly income per person must not exceed 8,300 UAH.
Only applicants meeting the program's conditions can sign up for the electronic queue to receive payments. Furthermore, the deadline for individuals with disabilities to submit their applications is June 7.
