The speaker of the Poltava TCIC, Istomin, stated that it is impossible to create teams from TCIC employees, as they are civilians. However, construction teams can be created.
“It is impossible to create teams from TCIC employees. Employees are civilians. Only construction teams can be created from them, so to speak. TCIC has employees and military personnel. No team can be created from the employees. As for the military personnel, there have been no orders for disbandment,” Istomin said.
Ukrainian MP Yuliia Yatsyk also announced the consideration of the disbandment of TCIC and SP in the Verkhovna Rada. It is likely that recruitment centers will be established instead, where civilians will work. Then, military personnel can be sent to the front.
Economic reservation from mobilization was previously canceled.
