PrivatBank has updated the services of the Privat24 mobile application to make them even more convenient for clients. Now they can receive statements 'at a glance' and use other improved features. The innovations allow for faster and more convenient access to banking services.

PrivatBank continually enhances the Privat24 mobile bank to make it more inclusive and convenient for all users. In particular, now:

• Details and balance highlighted on the main screen. This allows clients to find their card number, IBAN account, and view their balance faster;
• Settings and statements available in 'one click'. This simplifies card management and allows for quick statement generation and transaction history checks;
• All important services are 'at hand'. Loans, the 'Privet' loyalty program, and savings in 'Envelopes' have become quickly accessible.

Other updates to enhance inclusivity

Improvements have also been made to ensure the bank's services are more accessible to everyone. For example, support for VoiceOver/TalkBack for visually impaired individuals, an option for high contrast mode and font scaling for people with visual impairments, as well as the ability to highlight text input fields to avoid errors have been added.

PrivatBank continues to work on improving its services by listening to feedback and wishes from clients to ensure the most convenient and accessible banking experience. It is worth noting that the commission for some transfers via Privat24 has been reduced from 1.5% to 1% for bank clients, which may also be important news for users.
