The Russian General Abachev wounded and limbs amputated: details of the GUR attack in Kursk.
On the night of August 16 to 17, Ukrainian troops struck a column of the enemy on the Rylsk - Khomutovka highway in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. General of the occupation forces Esedulla Abachev was seriously injured as a result of this attack.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this.
General Abachev received serious injuries
'As a result of the strike, Lieutenant General Abachev — Deputy Commander of the 'Sever' group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation — was seriously injured,' the statement says.
The wounded was evacuated to the Central Clinical Hospital named after Vishnevsky in Moscow by a military aircraft. As a result of the injuries sustained, Abachev had to have one arm and one leg amputated.

It was previously reported that militants from the 'ATESH' group in Luhansk destroyed a relay cabinet on the section of the railway used by the enemy.
Also, enemy forces are trying to use drones to block Ukrainian troops in Donetsk.
