On June 26, an enemy drone struck the roof of a nine-story apartment building, sparking a massive fire. Just two days later, on June 28, another wave of drone attacks hit the Sumy region, wounding 32 people, including three children. These incidents highlight the escalating danger in the area and the severe threats faced by civilians. The situation remains critical, with residents continuing to endure the consequences of the strikes.

These attacks underscore Russia's ongoing aggression and its devastating toll on non-combatants. Repeated strikes on residential neighborhoods endanger Ukrainian lives, especially in border regions like Sumy Oblast. The rising number of civilian casualties calls for greater international focus on Ukraine’s plight and stronger efforts to protect innocent people.
