According to UATV: A woman lost her life and 19 others were injured on July 1st when a Russian Shahed attack drone struck the downtown area of Kherson during the lunch hour. The assault caused significant casualties and material damage, adding to the ongoing toll on the city's residents.
By 5:40 PM local time, authorities had confirmed 19 victims from the strike. The injured include:
- 12 women, aged 23 to 59,
- Two men, aged 26 and 28.
Following the incident, 16 people required urgent medical care and were hospitalized.
Beyond the loss of life and injuries, the attack sparked a fire in one building. This event underscores the relentless hostilities in the region and their devastating impact on civilians.
