Uklon considers returning to work during curfew.

Ukrainian online taxi service Uklon is considering the possibility of returning to work during curfew, CEO of Uklon Serhiy Gryshkov said in an interview with Forbes.

According to him, the return is possible, most likely, in the western regions.

"Currently, we have a number of official requests from local administrations asking us to resume service during curfew hours. The return is possible, most likely, in the western regions (of the country - IF-U). There are no specific timelines yet - it all depends on communication with local government and military bodies and security structures," Gryshkov said.

He also noted that the operation of the application at night was a position of the company, formed at the request of users.

"This is, for example, a huge number of trains that arrive at stations at night. It was a way to get to the hospital at night," Gryshkov explained.

In addition, according to the CEO of Uklon, the company is focused on investment in expansion into external markets. In Ukraine, it is focused on the development of delivery services, preparing to launch couriers in Dnipro.

80 thousand drivers are registered on the Uklon platform in Ukraine, with 2% of them being women.

The company has restricted service operation during curfew since March 14.
