However, he noted that there is a danger as enemy forces may attack civilian objects and vessels. Despite this, before the start of the Russian aggression, Ukrainian forces fought the enemy near their shores, and now they encounter it near its shores. According to Neizhpapa, the enemy's overconfidence has aided the Ukrainian Navy in achieving superiority at sea.
