Ukraine has full superiority at sea at the moment - Neizhpapa.
The Commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Oleksiy Neizhpapa, stated that Ukraine has full superiority at sea and does not allow the enemy to approach its shores. However, he noted that there is a danger as enemy forces may attack civilian objects and vessels. Despite this, before the start of the Russian aggression, Ukrainian forces fought the enemy near their shores, and now they encounter it near its shores. According to Neizhpapa, the enemy's overconfidence has aided the Ukrainian Navy in achieving superiority at sea.
Moreover, the Navy Commander emphasized that the success of Ukrainian forces in defeating the Russian fleet depends on their own armaments and innovations. In particular, he mentioned the Neptun missile complex and the work of specialists in the field of unmanned systems and unmanned maritime systems.
Ukraine continues to develop its technologies to fight at sea, while the enemy is trying to find a response to these developments.
