Ukraine may receive limited permission for strikes deep into Russian territory — expert.
In October, US President Joe Biden plans to visit Berlin, followed by an expanded meeting in the "Ramstein" format. After these meetings, final decisions may be made regarding allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory. In addition, the United States may express its opinion on the victory plan that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented during his visit to the United States.
This opinion was expressed by Denis Kuzmin, an expert at the Mechnikov ONU Center for International Studies, in the program of the FREEDOM TV channel.
The leading expert believes that after Joe Biden's discussions with participants of the "Ramstein" meeting, a final decision will be made, including a limited format for the use of long-range missiles. He noted:
I think that during Biden's October meeting in Berlin, and subsequently the participation of heads of state in "Ramstein," where our president will also be present, a final decision will be made. It is likely to be a limited format for expanding the use of long-range missiles. That is, not a full permission for safe strikes, but a certain number of possible targets will be outlined in special secret plans.
