According to Espreso.tv: On July 9, Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced that Ukraine has been granted a license to produce Patriot missiles. This information was confirmed by U.S. President Donald Trump during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Ankara. Under the new agreements, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden have been designated as countries eligible to participate in the production and maintenance of the missiles.

Additionally, a deal has been signed to establish a PAC-3 missile maintenance center in Europe. This move underscores the participating nations' commitment to bolstering defense cooperation, particularly in light of the threat posed by Russia. Notably, on July 6, Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv, during which the air defense system failed to intercept any ballistic missiles.
