Ukraine Signs 160 Deals Worth €10 Billion: Recovery Conference Highlights.

According to UATV: Held in Gdańsk, Poland, the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) resulted in the signing of 160 agreements totaling over €10 billion. A key achievement was a deal with the World Bank, underscoring continued international backing for Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.
Launch of the Ukraine Reconstruction Fund
The conference also marked the launch of the European Flagship Reconstruction Fund for Ukraine, designed to accelerate recovery projects. European Commissioner for Economy Valdis Dombrovskis announced €3.2 billion in macro-financial assistance, a major boost to the country’s economic revival. Additionally, the European Union allocated €28.3 billion in military aid to Ukraine for 2023.
Speaking at the event, First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko stated:
