According to UATV: Delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia held a two-day meeting in Abu Dhabi, facilitated by the United Arab Emirates. The U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, Stephen Biegun, described the discussions as constructive.
