Ukraine at the UN: Impunity Fuels Russian Aggression.

Ukraine's representative to international organizations in Vienna, Yuriy Vitrenko, stated that Russia feels unpunished, which affects further violations and ignores the principles of the UN Charter.
During an expert event at the UN headquarters, Vitrenko emphasized that Russian aggression cannot go unpunished, and Russia must be held accountable.
Vitrenko also noted that Russia's war is not only a violation of Ukraine's sovereignty but also a challenge to the international system based on justice, humanity, and respect for law.
The Ukrainian representative stressed that Russian aggression undermines the principles of global peace and security, and violates the promise of 'Never Again'.
He remarked that our future depends on whether we will live in a world dominated by aggression or a world where peace, justice, and the rule of law prevail. Therefore, the aggressor must be held accountable.
