Ukraine is rebuilding its energy system - how many GW have already been restored.

The Ukrainian energy system is actively recovering after the massive attacks by Russia last year. Over the past 12 months, approximately 6 GW out of 10 GW of destruction have been restored, which constitutes 60% of the lost resource."Unfortunately, state companies have built very little.
