According to UATV: On the night of July 1, enemy forces struck Ukrainian territory, launching an Iskander-M ballistic missile from Crimea and 151 drones of various types from both Russia and temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine.
By 7:30 AM, Ukrainian air defenses had successfully intercepted 130 drones and one missile, including an X-59 cruise missile. Reports indicate that 17 attack drones were tracked across 16 locations, with debris falling at four additional sites.
Sweden Deal and Ukraine's Defense Capabilities
Separately, Ukraine has finalized an agreement with Sweden to purchase 16 Gripen E fighter jets, a move that could significantly strengthen the country's air defenses amid ongoing threats.
