Ukraine won the second 'gold' at the 2024 Paralympics.
Ukrainian athlete Oksana Zubkovska won a gold medal for Ukraine at the Paralympic Games in Paris. This was reported by the National Paralympic Committee of Ukraine on Facebook.
Oksana Zubkovska showed the best result in long jump and took an honorable place on the podium of the Paralympic Games. The Ukrainian became the champion at the Paralympics for the fifth Time in a row. Our champion showed a result of 5.78 m. By the way, her world record and Paralympic Games record - 6.60 m has been standing since London-2012.
This is already the second gold award for Ukraine at the 2024 Paralympic Games. This medal became the twentieth in the overall medal standings.
Ukraine already has two gold, nine silver, and nine bronze medals in less than four competition days at the 2024 Games in Paris.
