Ukrainians explained the algorithm for reading heat meter readings.

Kyivteploenergo explained the algorithm for reading the building's heat meter readings.
Kyivteploenergo explained its method of heat accounting. There are two ways of accounting - traditional, when company engineers check the meters manually, and automatic, using 'smart' meters that transmit data remotely.
The main goal of Kyivteploenergo is to ensure the reliable operation of the heat energy accounting system. The company is responsible for the maintenance, repair and inspection of the meters, as well as the installation of new ones. The main task of Kyivteploenergo is to ensure that clients pay only for the actually consumed heat, which is confirmed by the meters in their building.
Clients have the opportunity to independently take the readings of the meters in their building. This can be done by submitting a request to the Central Dispatch Service for Housing and Communal Services.
Recall that Naftogaz showed how to now pay for gas and submit meter readings.
