Step-by-step instructions for Ukrainians on how to view e-sick leave on the PFU web portal.
On the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the insured person can view their e-sick leave certificate. This was reported by the PFU press service.
The electronic sick leave certificate is created in the digital database of incapacity automatically when the doctor issues a medical conclusion on the patient's temporary inability to work.
To check the status of the e-sick leave, insured persons need to log in on the Pension Fund website using an electronic signature or the ID.GOV.UA electronic identification system. They need to find the "Temporary Incapacity" section in the menu and go to the "My Sick Leaves" section. There they can view brief information about the certificate and get detailed information if they expand the certificate.
If the information is displayed and correct, the sick leave certificate is created successfully and will be available to the employer. Also, if the data in the certificate is correct, the insurer can generate a payment calculation statement for the sick leave in the employer's cabinet on the Pension Fund website. The sick leave certificate receives the status "Ready for Payment" 7 days after the certificate is closed.
