Ukrainians were informed whether displaced persons can apply for a utilities subsidy.

Ukrainians were told about applying for a subsidy for internally displaced persons
The First Deputy Minister of Social Policy Darya Marchak explained that internally displaced persons can apply for a housing subsidy. Many people have questions about this, so Marchak tried to resolve this issue.
According to her, internally displaced persons can receive a subsidy, regardless of registration, if they actually live in the residential premises, even without signing a rental agreement. But for this, they need to have documents confirming residence (for example, a certificate from an internally displaced person).
An application can be submitted to various authorities, such as the Social Welfare Office, CNAP, the Pension Fund service center, or online.
Let us remind you that pensioners were also explained how to obtain an income certificate to receive a subsidy.
