Enforcement measures for debtors
Thanks to legislative mechanisms, minimizing debts has become possible for those who evade fulfilling their obligations. Among such restrictions are prohibitions on leaving the country, limitations on driving vehicles, using weapons, and participating in hunting.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is actively implementing measures for the enforcement of alimony collection, using legislative tools to punish debtors who do not fulfill their financial obligations.
Strengthening control over alimony payments is an important step towards ensuring the rights of children and protecting their interests. Legislative changes allow for effective action against debtors, which, in turn, will contribute to improving the financial situation of many families in Ukraine.
