The main duties of gas distribution operators include technical maintenance of pipes, responding to emergencies, maintaining pressure in the networks, and receiving payment for gas distribution from the regulatory authority NCRECP.

Customers must regularly update their data with the gas distribution operator, especially if there has been a change in property ownership, the number of residents, or personal data. For this, originals and copies of documents confirming ownership rights, owners’ passports, and technical passports for housing need to be provided.
