Ukrainians will be warned about power outages through smartphones: details.
Energy company YASNO has announced the implementation of a new function in its mobile application - notifications about actual power outages at a specific address.
According to the company's press service, "Hvylya" reports this.
YASNO explained how this new service works. If a user has the YASNO mobile application linked to their personal account and has previously found the outage schedule for their address, they will automatically receive push notifications about outages according to the schedule.
Notifications will be sent not only about the start of outages but also about the return of electricity. These notifications will be sent in advance, 30 minutes before the outage, and will work continuously around the clock. However, if desired, you can configure the program not to send notifications at night.
"Our notifications will help not only clients better plan their time during outages but also remind them not to enter the elevator shortly," noted YASNO.
Recall, earlier we talked about how to save on electricity and prepare for possible outages.
