Logistics Routes Under Fire Control

According to Espreso.tv: Ukraine’s military intelligence has announced that it has established fire control over the key logistics route connecting Crimea and Donetsk. This achievement has resulted in the destruction of occupiers’ transport and the blocking of their supplies, significantly slowing the pace of the Russian offensive.

According to available information, sections of the highway between Berdiansk, Melitopol, and Dzhankoi are now under the control of Ukrainian military intelligence. As a result, the Russian forces’ advance has slowed considerably due to emerging supply issues. It is known that in Crimea, no more than 20 liters of fuel are issued per person, while in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, this amount is 30 liters.

Ukrainian Forces’ Military Achievements

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck the Feodosia oil depot, which was the primary storage site for fuel and lubricants. The last railway ferry, ‘Slovianyn,’ which connected Crimea and Russia, was also destroyed by Ukrainian drones. Furthermore, the Luhansk-Debaltseve route is completely blocked, further complicating the logistics capabilities of Russian troops.

These military achievements by Ukrainian intelligence could significantly impact the future course of the conflict, as blocking key supply routes will hinder the enemy’s ability to conduct military operations.

Establishing control over critical logistics routes can substantially reduce the operational effectiveness of Russian forces, limiting their capacity to carry out combat operations and supply their units. This, in turn, may force the adversary to change tactics, as they will need to find new supply routes and adjust their offensive plans. Additionally, such successes by the Ukrainian army could boost the morale of both troops and the civilian population, who have witnessed positive changes on the front lines.
