Ukrainian Forces Target Russian Military Assets

According to Novyny.live: On February 26, Ukrainian military forces conducted strikes against key enemy assets, including radar systems, logistical supply depots, and command posts located within temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and inside Russia itself. These operations form part of a broader Ukrainian strategy to degrade the enemy's military infrastructure and operational capabilities. Such long-range strikes have become a significant feature of the conflict, aiming to disrupt Russian supply lines and command.

Among the targets successfully hit were a P-18 'Terek' radar station and an RSP-6M2 radar system situated near Dzhankoi. Ukrainian forces also struck an enemy technical equipment depot in the Novozlatopil area and a command post for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) near Poltavka. A particularly significant achievement was the strike on a Russian command-and-observation post in the Bryansk region, an action that will undoubtedly impair the adversary's operational effectiveness.

Details of Earlier Strikes

Furthermore, details have been clarified regarding successful strikes carried out earlier, on February 21. The damage inflicted on that date included:

  • An electrical desalination unit;
  • Two gas condensate stabilization units;
  • Two vertical reservoirs at the Neftegorsky gas processing plant in the Samara region.

Additionally, the destruction of workshop No. 22 at the missile plant in Votkinsk, initially reported on February 20, has been confirmed. Other strikes targeted a 'S-400 Triumph' air defense launcher, a 'Pantsir-S1' air defense missile-gun complex, and BM-21 'Grad' multiple launch rocket systems.

These ongoing strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces demonstrate their continued effectiveness in executing missions designed to destroy enemy resources and minimize threats to Ukraine's territorial integrity. The strategic targeting of command nodes and logistics is intended to erode Russian combat potential over time. This sustained pressure complements Ukraine's defensive efforts on the front lines and bolsters national morale.
