Ukrainian forces stopped the Russian forces' advance near Pokrovsk. This was reported by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation.
Kovalenko also noted that Ukrainian forces prevented an enemy attempt to break through to Lyubymivka in the Kursk region.
According to ISW information, Ukrainian military conducted a planned withdrawal from Vuhledar to avoid encirclement. Russian sources confirm that the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces began at the end of September 30.
Russian troops continue to pressure Pokrovsk and Toretsk, trying to consolidate in these strategically important areas.
