Putin Wants to Establish Digital Slavery for Foreigners.
The Russian President has ordered the local Ministry of Internal Affairs to put migrants under full information control by creating 'digital profiles' for them and their children. This program is set to launch in a year.
This was by Russian media.
Digital Control over Foreigners in the Russian Federation
The Kremlin regime plans to take total control of all migrants residing within the territory of the Russian Federation.
To this end, President Putin has ordered the Ministry of Internal Affairs to create a 'Digital Profile of Foreign Citizens.'
This registry is expected to be operational by June 30, 2026.
The Kremlin Wants to Control Even the Grades of Migrant Children
This 'digital profile,' according to the Kremlin dictator's design, is intended to encompass the entire life of migrants.
It should even include data on how migrant children perform in schools — specifically, the results of Russian language proficiency tests.
All these measures, of course, are explained by the Russian authorities as necessary for 'ensuring state security, maintaining public order, and improving state migration policy.'
Putin is demanding the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs to implement digital profiles for migrants, guided by his own goal of ensuring the country's security and regulating migration policy.Read also
