The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, visited the units of the Defense Forces who are engaged in battles with the occupiers at the Dobropillia outpost in the Donetsk region. He announced this today, August 21, via Telegram, reports FREEdom.

Despite the enemy's numbers, the units of the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine successfully carry out the tasks set before them. Syrskyi listened to the commanders' reports on the situation on the battlefield.
“As a result of successful strike and search operations, six settlements have been cleared, and hundreds of Russian occupiers have been destroyed. I listened to the commanders’ reports on the specifics of the operational situation, problematic issues, and the needs of the units. Relevant orders were issued to enhance the stability of defense. The key task is to respond effectively to changes in the enemy's tactics while maximizing the preservation of the lives of Ukraine's defenders,” emphasized the Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, it was reported that the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated 830 Russian soldiers on the front over the past day, as well as destroyed 41 artillery systems, 114 units of automotive equipment, and shot down 315 enemy drones.
