Thick fog will cover Ukraine: how to safely endure the bad weather.
According to inkorr.com: Residents of Ukraine have been warned about possible dangerous weather phenomena on November 2. A danger level I (yellow) has been announced. As reported by 'Glavkom', this information was provided by 'Ukrhydrometcenter' and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“I danger level, yellow,” – meteorologists noted.
Such weather conditions may complicate transportation.
Drivers should be especially cautious in fog conditions. It is recommended to:
- reduce speed;
- turn on fog lights along with low beams;
- maintain a safe distance from other vehicles;
- avoid sharp maneuvers on the road.
As for pedestrians, they should:
- be careful;
- use reflective elements for better visibility in darkness and during fog.
Winter Weather Forecast
Let us remind you that analysts at MkWeather predict that the winter of 2025-2026 could become one of the coldest in recent decades, especially for Ukraine, which might find itself in the center of Arctic cold. The winter season is expected to have a bi-phased structure: December will be mostly wet and relatively mild, while January will bring a gradual drop in temperature, and February promises Arctic colds with significant frosts and snowfall.
Ukrainians have received warnings about dangerous fog in many regions, which may complicate road travel. In connection with the forecasts, this winter is likely to be one of the harshest in recent decades, so it is worth preparing for Arctic cold and snowfall in January and February.
