According to inkorr.com: Ukrposhta has taken on the responsibility of delivering aid as part of the 'Winter Support 2025' program throughout Ukraine, including frontline areas. Every citizen of the country, except for those living abroad or in temporarily occupied territories, will receive a one-time payment of 1000 hryvnias.

Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities Development, emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainians, especially in frontline zones. Last year, Ukrposhta successfully delivered assistance to over 2 million citizens thanks to its extensive network of branches across the country.

How to receive assistance through Ukrposhta

Pensioners and recipients of social payments who receive money through Ukrposhta will automatically receive 1000 hryvnias along with their pension or social payments. Other citizens can apply for assistance from November 18 to December 24. Persons with disabilities can contact the hotline for help in applying.

Thanks to the 'Winter Support 2025' program, citizens will be able to pay for utilities, buy Ukrainian goods, medicines, and also make contributions to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrposhta has committed to delivering aid under the 'Winter Support 2025' program to every citizen of the country, including frontline regions.
