Ukrzaliznytsia Expands Functionality of Its App: Online Tickets, Bonuses, Convenient Search.

The company Ukrzaliznytsia has announced new features in its app.
This was reported by the company’s press service.
Mobile applications have become an integral part of modern railway services, making travel more convenient and comfortable for passengers. Ukrzaliznytsia, the largest railway carrier in Ukraine, continues to improve its digital services to meet the growing needs of its customers.
Ticket Sharing Between Accounts
Now you can create a passenger profile for whom you are buying a ticket by providing their full name and phone number (which is registered to the account). The purchased ticket will automatically appear in the passenger's account, and the hugs for the travels will be credited to them.
It is important to check if the data matches the information in the passenger's account – the system automatically verifies the correspondence.
Additional Personalization
Now you can specify your date of birth and gender in your account.
'This is done so that we can personalize greetings for you on special and festive days in the future,' the company emphasized.
Hugs for Children's Tickets
Parents traveling with children will receive hugs for each purchased children's ticket.
'After all, family trips are always worth extra support!' Ukrzaliznytsia noted.
Convenient Navigation in the Loyalty Program 'Iron Friends'
The company has introduced categories that facilitate the search for offers. Among them are both traditional and special collections:
- For Children
- Leisure
- Health
- Veterans Business - offers from defenders and veterans who develop their own businesses.
- Made in Ukraine - brands that produce goods and operate within the country.
