The pilot phase of the program will begin in December and will initially provide free tickets for routes to frontline areas. Gradually, the program will be expanded to other destinations to support the families of military personnel and reduce the burden during peak periods.

All adults and children can participate in this initiative. Although the number of free tickets is limited, parents can arrange tickets for their children via the mobile app or at service centers. The company also plans to receive state financial support for implementing the program, which will amount to over 16 billion hryvnias.
