The government changes the rules for veterans: sports prosthetics now without bureaucracy.
According to inkorr.com: The government of Ukraine has managed to support the initiative of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity aimed at simplifying the procedure for obtaining sports prosthetics for military personnel and veterans.
Simplifying the procurement of prosthetics
Previously, veterans who needed a sports prosthetic were required to prove their participation in competitions included in state or regional calendar plans, which required a significant amount of documentation and approvals. Now the new decision allows for the procurement of sports prosthetics without this bureaucracy.
Thanks to the changes, veterans can obtain sports prosthetics without the need to confirm their participation in competitions, which will significantly facilitate their rehabilitation. This decision has reduced bureaucratic barriers and ensured equal access to sports prosthetics for all veterans, supporting their physical and psychological rehabilitation.
Now, veterans will be able to more quickly and without unnecessary difficulties receive the necessary means for restoring physical activity and rehabilitation.
This initiative is an important step towards improving the living conditions of veterans who need support in recovering from injuries. Simplifying procedures will allow them to adapt more quickly to new conditions and return to an active lifestyle, which is critical for their psycho-emotional stability.
