The government has changed the rules for sending food by mail: what cannot be sent.

The government has changed the list of items that are prohibited from being sent in postal shipments. The main changes concern food products. Under the new rules, it is prohibited to send food in domestic postal shipments if their expiration date ends on the delivery date. Previously, restrictions only applied to products with a shelf life of up to 10 days.
The government also clarified other prohibitions. It is forbidden to send national and foreign currency, alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 8.5%, tobacco products, and liquids for electronic cigarettes that do not have excise stamps, except for numismatic and investment coins.
In addition, from July 1, “Ukrposhta” increased the cost of shipments under the “Ukrposhta.Standard” tariff by 5-9 hryvnias, and the “Ukrposhta.Express” tariffs changed on average to 10 hryvnias depending on the weight of the shipment.
