Odesa has been ranked fourth in the quality of life index among all cities in Ukraine. The absolute leader is Lviv - the cultural capital of the country.
According to the international platform Numbeo, which published the rating, the Ukrainian cities are ranked as follows: Lviv (136.6), Kharkiv (117.9), Kyiv (114.2), Odesa (113.8), and Dnipro (100.2).
