Ukrainians with disabilities can receive financial assistance through a project of the German non-governmental organization ASB. The funds will be available for residents of Kremenchuk who live in the city on a permanent basis. Assistance can be applied for until August 29, 2025.In order to benefit from the assistance, it is necessary to have confirmed disability and permanent residence in the city for a certain period of time. Registration for assistance is conducted from July 23 to August 29, 2025, at a specific address. All necessary documents must also be prepared to receive assistance. Such assistance programs have also been launched in other regions of Ukraine, where residents have the opportunity to receive financial support to cover certain expenses.
