Usman Nurmagomedov: why he is called the most talented in the dynasty.
According to The Sun: Usman Nurmagomedov is an undefeated talent in the MMA world, coming from a family of fighters who raised themselves in clashes with bears from childhood.
This 28-year-old athlete boasts 19 victories, 14 of which are by knockout. Usman is known as a versatile fighter specializing in Muay Thai and grappling.

Usman was the lightweight champion in Bellator, which merged with the Professional Fighters League last year. He is part of the powerful Nurmagomedov dynasty, which also includes his cousin Khabib, whose career ended with a record of 29-0, regarded as one of the best of all time.
Their coach Javier Mendez, who has also worked with stars such as Daniel Cormier, notes that Usman may be the best of them all.
“It's no surprise that the Nurmagomedovs are so successful, as they have a great tradition,” he remarked.
Mendez has also trained UFC legend Cain Velasquez and former lightweight champion Islam Makhachev but believes that Usman stands out among them.
“I always said, when I trained him, that he has the most skills of anyone I’ve ever trained,” Mendez shared on the Jibber with Jabber podcast.
“And what did he do? He proved it by winning titles. All his fights demonstrate excellent jiu-jitsu, outstanding wrestling skills, and powerful striking.”
It is no coincidence that the Nurmagomedovs are so fearless in the ring — they compete and train with bears in Dagestan from childhood.

Khabib retired in 2020, but he continues to train his cousins Usman and Umar, who is signed with the UFC and has a record of 18-1.
Usman's record includes only one blemish — a no-contest fight against Brent Primus, which was cancelled due to a positive test for a banned substance, but the negligent nature of the violation allowed him to avoid losing his title.
Usman returned with a victory over Alexander Shabliy in September and narrowly defeated Irishman Paul Hughes in January in Dubai. Now they will meet again at Coca-Cola Arena on Friday, where not only PFL titles but also honor will be at stake.
“I always prepare for five rounds, both physically and mentally. But if I find the opportunity to finish the fight, of course, I will do it,” Usman noted.

We eagerly await his next performance, where he will once again demonstrate his skills.
