According to Novyny.live: On Saturday, March 21, Odesa will publish the schedule for social buses that serve as replacements for parts of the tram and trolleybus network. These buses aim to offer residents an alternative mode of transport after the city’s electric transit system halted operations on December 13, 2025. Note that on Sunday, March 22, social buses will not run due to technical inspections.

The social bus schedule includes routes S1, S3, and S4, along with several tram and trolleybus lines. Here are the specifics:

• Route S1 'Railway Station — 28th Brigade Street': departures at 06:30, 08:50, 13:00, 15:30, 17:50; and 07:40, 10:00, 14:10, 16:40, 19:00.
• Route S3 'Sviatoslava Rikhtera Street — Dihhtiarna Street': departures at 06:45, 08:45, 15:15, 17:15; and 07:45, 09:45, 16:15, 18:15.
• Route S4 'Tyraspolske Highway — Dihhtiarna Street': departures at 07:30, 09:30, 15:00, 17:00; and 08:30, 10:30, 16:00, 18:00.

Among the tram lines still operating, Route No. 5 'Arkadia — Railway Station' has the following departure times:

• From Arkadia: 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00.
• From Railway Station: 07:30, 08:30, 09:30, 11:00, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30.

The trolleybus routes are as follows:
