A terrible incident occurred in the Russian Federation – a veteran of the 'special military operation' raped his neighbor after she entered his house for water. The woman reported that the man injected her with some substance and raped her, but the police refused to open a case. A first aid kit and an ampoule of 'Nefopam', a drug used by the army during the occupation, were found at the crime scene. The perpetrator refused to provide explanations, and the police did not initiate an investigation.
This was reported by Russian media.
Recently, there have been cases of murders committed by veterans of the 'special military operation' after returning home, which raises serious outrage and questions about the support system for these soldiers.
